Elizabeth and Dylan {Wickham Park Wedding}

Elizabeth and Dylan had the most beautiful Wickham Park wedding! They were busy planning their huge wedding, when they decided that it just wasn’t “them.” Once they made the decision to do it their way, everything just fell into place.

They found us through a family friend, and after emailing back and forth through the day, we planned a Zoom meeting for that evening. We immediately clicked and we started planning for their wedding, which would be in three weeks. These two planned a gorgeous wedding in three weeks!!! Anyway, on their wedding day, we first met met. I am so glad they chose us to be their wedding photographers, because I loved their easy-going attitude and their love for one another.

Their first look was sooooo sweet. You all know how much I love a first look. We met in the garden to do their first look, and due to a few factors, we suggested a different garden. Both of them (separately, of course!) responded that they would go where we thought would be the best. See? I love that attitude. They just wanted to be together, get married and have beautiful images! I love this walkway, and I’m so glad Dylan and Elizabeth saw each other for the first time, here.

After their first look, we walked around the corner to their ceremony. Everybody was so eager, and they just couldn’t wait to walk down the aisle and say their vows. Their vows were so sweet. They both wrote their own vows and had one another crying and laughing at the same time.

Lastly for us, we walked around the beautiful Wickham Park gardens and took their portraits. I love every single one of our shots. These two are just so natural together. It was so refreshing and so amazing to be a part of.

After their portraits, Elizabeth and Dylan met their family at a nearby restaurant to enjoy dinner together and to celebrate their new marriage.

Elizabeth and Dylan, I know you aren’t going right away, but I hope you have an AMAZING Aruba honeymoon! It’s time for you two to take a real vacation together and you deserve all the drinks and pampering you can get! Thank you for trusting us with your wedding photography, and we are so honored to have had a small part in your love story.

This day was heartfelt, meaningful, and beautifully true to who they are. So honored to be the ones to document it.
