It’s always a privilege to capture important milestones, and Tessa’s college graduation portrait session was no exception. Tessa graduated from Nazareth University in 2024 with a degree in special education, marking an incredible achievement in her academic journey. After years of hard work and dedication, Tessa is now on her way to making a lasting impact in the field of education.
Tessa’s college years were filled with dedication, both academically and athletically. During her time at Nazareth as an undergraduate student, she was a standout on the varsity tennis team. As a friend of the family, I had the pleasure of following her journey on social media and seeing her excel both on the court and in the classroom. Her athleticism and competitive spirit shone brightly, and it was clear that she was driven to succeed in everything she did. In addition to tennis, Tessa also has a love for running and hiking, embracing the outdoors whenever she has the chance.
As a student, Tessa has always been top-notch, and she continued her commitment to education when she transitioned into Nazareth’s graduate program. It was during this time that she truly found her passion for teaching special education. One of her most memorable experiences was student-teaching in a special education classroom, where she connected with her students and saw firsthand the positive impact she could have on their lives.
After completing her graduate program, Tessa landed her first job as a special education teacher at a local elementary school. She’s also a Sunday School teacher at a local church, further demonstrating her dedication to working with children. Tessa’s love for children and her unwavering commitment to supporting their growth and development shines through in everything she does.
Looking ahead, Tessa dreams of continuing to make a difference as a teacher for many years to come, with aspirations of becoming a school administrator one day. It’s clear that her heart is in education, and the future holds so much promise for her as she continues to inspire and guide the next generation.
Tessa, it has been such an honor watching you grow from a young babysitter for my children to an incredible student, athlete, and now a rising educator. You’ve truly soared through high school, undergrad, and graduate school, and I know you’ll continue doing amazing things in your career. Congratulations on your graduation and all that you’ve accomplished—there’s so much more ahead for you!
