Julianna and John {Wickham Park Elopement}

I’m still floating on a cloud after being part of Julianna and John’s Wickham Park elopement. Seriously, what a magical day! I had the incredible honor of officiating their ceremony, and let me tell you, it was a celebration filled with love, laughter, and some truly heartwarming moments.

First off, can we talk about the setting? Wickham Park is absolutely stunning, with lush gardens that felt like something out of a fairy tale. Perfect for a couple whose love story is just as enchanting. Julianna and John included their son, JJ, in their ceremony, which made it even more special. There’s something so beautiful about witnessing a family come together, especially when you know their journey.

Julianna and John’s love story started eight years ago when they first met while working together. Even though they both moved on to new positions and didn’t see each other for a while, those early encounters left a lasting impression. Fast forward to a few months later and John was delivering in a new area. With just a simple knock at the door, BOOM! Their love story kicked off from there.

How romantic is that? It’s like fate had a plan all along, and they finally found their way back to each other. They’ve spent the last few years building a beautiful family together, and seeing them officially tie the knot was just the icing on the cake.

During the ceremony, they wove in a lovely tradition of braiding three strands together. It symbolized their bond as a couple and as a family, with JJ being an integral part of that weave. And let me tell you, when Julianna and John exchanged their vows by the pond, it was one of those moments where you could just feel the love in the air. It was like the whole world melted away for just a few minutes.

After the vows, we popped some champagne for a little toast! It was so joyous, celebrating not just the legal union but the beautiful life they’ve created together.

One of the things I absolutely adore about elopements is how personal they are. You really get to connect with the couple on such a deep level. Julianna and John are truly wonderful people, and it was a privilege to help them plan their special day. Their journey is a testament to love’s resilience, and I couldn’t be happier for the family they’ve built.

So here’s to Julianna and John, and to the incredible adventure ahead of them as a married couple! Thank you for letting me be a part of your day, for trusting us with your elopement, and for allowing me to make your love official. Cheers to many more years of love, laughter, and joy! 🥂❤️
