Mia Class of 2024 mbm weddings Senior Portrait Session

Congratulations to Mia, Class of 2024! Mia!!!!! I haven’t seen Mia in about ten years, and she has grown into such a beautiful girl! I couldn’t even believe it when she stepped out of the car with her parents!

I had so much fun photographing Mia. We met up at Elizabeth Park in Hartford, and it was the perfect backdrop for Mia! Those purple flowers exactly what we were looking for!

Mia’s favorite classes at school include English and Art, and she is excelling at both! Mia stays busy with her schoolwork and also sports! She plays field hockey and lacrosse for her school.

In her spare time, Mia loves to hike, bake, paint and draw. Her art classes and skill will come in useful in the future, when Mia pursues a career in architecture, making her dad proud!

Mia, thank you for choosing me for your senior portraits. You did an amazing job and I hope you have the best senior year ever!!!

Sweet Penelope 🤍

I do not get to photograph newborns often, but I truly love lifestyle newborn photography. There is something so special about slowing down and documenting these first tender days at home. Photographing Penelope’s session with her loving parents, Sarah and Tom, was such an honor.

This precious girl was an absolute angel. The only time she made a sound was when her mommy and daddy were not touching her. She clearly loves being safe in their arms, right where she belongs.

Sarah and Tom, thank you for trusting me to snuggle your beautiful baby and capture her very first photo session. Congratulations to your sweet family on the arrival of your perfect little darling.

After months of working behind the scenes on our blog, we’re so excited to continue sharing the beautiful love stories we’ve had the honor of documenting. This week, we’re featuring Jennifer and Mitchell, and their timeless Publick House Historic Inn wedding is one you won’t want to miss.

Jennifer and Mitchell’s wedding day at the Publick House in Sturbridge, Massachusetts was the perfect blend of historic elegance, heartfelt moments, and pure joy. From getting ready onsite surrounded by buzzing excitement, to a ceremony that felt deeply personal and meaningful, every part of the day unfolded so naturally and beautifully.

Just before the ceremony, a brief rain shower passed through- the kind they say brings good luck. Minutes later, the sun emerged, the grounds dried, and the sky transformed into something truly breathtaking. It felt cinematic in the best possible way. Add in a ceremony officiated by a close friend, the iconic Publick House bunnies making a surprise appearance, and portraits by the pond, barns, and manicured meadows, and the day was nothing short of magical.

The celebration continued with emotional and funny toasts, a choreographed first dance that had everyone smiling, and a joyful cake cutting that perfectly reflected Jennifer and Mitchell’s energy as a couple.
