For Drew and Nicki, that magic continued the very same night as we photographed their winter engagement photos at Hubbard Park immediately following their Festival of Silver Lights proposal in Meriden.
With the surprise still fresh and tears of joy barely dry, the two stepped into their engagement portraits wrapped in winter air and the glow of new beginnings. The lights from Hubbard Park shimmered behind them like a silent witness to everything they had just shared, a frozen pond reflecting strings of silver, soft ground beneath their feet, and the weight of a promise newly spoken.
