Rachel and Darwin {Wickham Park Engagement}

It was really wonderful photographing Rachel and Darwin’s Wickham Park engagement session. Right in the middle of lockdown, Rachel, Darwin and I talked through Zoom. It was really, really great to officially meet Darwin and it was amazing to see Rachel again. The last time I saw Rachel, she was a shy 12 year old, being dropped off by the bus at her mom’s school during after-school staff meetings. She was the cutest little thing then and has become a beautiful, kind, and funny bride-to-be.

When I asked Rachel how she knew he was the one, she said they had “instant chemistry” and “the same sense of humor” which I have to add, we certainly witnessed that evening. So incredible. Rachel and Darwin met working at the same gym while Rachel was finishing school. On February 20th, their story was forever changed. Rachel finished school the day before and she had no idea what was coming. They went out with some friends that night and Darwin surprised her when he pulled Rachel to the side and got down on his knee. In front of all of their friends! Awwwwww.

Rachel and Darwin are so in love and watching them together was such a joy. Brian and I are so excited to work with them as we plan their wedding.

Friends, please leave Rachel and Darwin some love and congratulations at the end of this blog post!  And if you loved their “Rachel and Darwin’s Wickham Park Engagement Session” and want to be notified the next time they’re featured, make sure to sign up HERE and to see their images on Facebook and Instagram, make sure to follow me there!

She said YES! Nicki and Drew’s holiday proposal was pure magic. The glow of the lights, the emotion, and the joy were everything. See the full story on the blog. Link in bio.
Merry Christmas, from our hearts to yours.

As a husband and wife team, it is an honor and a privilege to witness love in its most intimate form, two people choosing each other, choosing forever. This season, we are reminded that true luxury is not found in things, but in moments: the quiet exchange of vows, the warmth of a hand held tightly, the feeling of home found in another person.

May your holidays be wrapped in beauty, elegance, and the presence of those you call family. Whether your celebration is a private elopement beneath winter skies or a gathering held close by candlelight, may love be at the center of every memory you keep.

Thank you for being part of our journey and for trusting us with the moments that will become your family legacy. We are deeply grateful.

Wishing you a Christmas filled with magic, and a new year overflowing with devotion, connection, and timeless love.
