This family. Really. This family. Nicest people ever! I’m so lucky that I can call Jen my friend and that she has allowed me to photograph so many important moments for this family.
I’m going to start this story with the day before this portrait session. I was supposed to send Jen some information when I got home from work that evening. Instead, I had to send her a text, from the side of the road, telling her to expect the information a few hours later than planned. I was in a neighboring town with a broken car. Her first text back to me was asking me where I was and that her husband, Eric, had volunteered to either come get me or wait with me and help me until the tow truck got there. What a gentleman. I won’t forget that act of kindness. He hardly knew me, but because this family is so incredibly generous, thoughtful and sweet, the first thing they wanted to do was help me. Eric, I know I thanked you briefly when we met up, but really. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for jumping up so quickly, and wanting to help.
Aiden is a senior!!! A senior! I remember when Aiden was in elementary school! He has really grown up! Aiden is very active in the police explorers in town. He is graduating this year and plans to pursue his dream, working in law enforcement.
I photographed Erin for her senior pictures five years ago. She is currently a dancer, a dance teacher and a dog-mom to the cutest little Morkie ever!!!
Olivia and Emma are top-notch students at local schools.

Wow amazing photographs of such a kind and caring Family. Yes I remember when they were in Elementary school. Seems it was just yesterday and now they are young adults. They say the Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. This Family is truly kind and caring you captured the genuine love and caring in your photographs. Love them.
